Printing handouts or slides with notes in PowerPoint can be useful for distributing materials to your audience. Here’s how you can do it:

Printing Handouts:

  1. Open your PowerPoint presentation:
    • Launch PowerPoint and open the presentation you want to print.
  2. Go to the “File” tab:
    • Click on the “File” tab in the top-left corner of the PowerPoint window.
  3. Select “Print”:
    • In the File menu, select “Print.”
  4. Choose Print Layout:
